You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Pickado a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and moderate that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to post your content and that doing so does not violate law, contract, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others.

Pickado may review, limit, downrank, hide, remove, or report content or accounts when we believe it is necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if we believe a user or content creates risk for the service, the community, or third parties.

Pickado may display votes, activity counts, hot status, rankings, streaks, or other reputation signals. These features are part of the product design and may change over time.

We do not guarantee that any ranking, reputation, result, or outcome will be accurate, complete, permanent, or available in the future.

Pickado may rely on third-party providers such as authentication, hosting, analytics, and storage services. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party's terms and policies.

Pickado is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect moderation, absolute accuracy, or that user-generated advice is correct or appropriate for your situation.
